Stainless steel bathroom vanities are manufactured in two ways: Sheet metal processing, using techniques such as grooving, bending, and six-sided one-piece forming, results in a more refined and detailed appearance and a more robust structure; stamping forming directly shapes the vanities, a simpler process and less expensive than sheet metal processing.

In recent years, with advancements in technology, the manufacturing of stainless steel bathroom vanities has incorporated advanced processes such as high-precision seamless welding, environmentally friendly automotive-grade paint, and nano-anti-fingerprint coatings. These processes aim to improve upon the shortcomings of traditional stainless steel surfaces, such as easy fingerprint retention and a cold feel, enhancing the product's ease of cleaning, wear and scratch resistance, and aesthetics, giving it a more delicate and softer touch while retaining the metal's durability.

There are several common coloring processes for stainless steel bathroom cabinets: Vacuum electroplating produces colors such as titanium black (black titanium), sky blue, titanium gold, coffee, tea, purplish red, bronze, antique yellow bronze, antique green bronze, rose red, rose gold, titanium white, emerald green, green, and champagne gold. Applying a layer of other colored metal to the stainless steel surface not only enhances the appearance but also provides excellent protection. Film lamination involves transferring a pattern or color onto the stainless steel surface, also offering some protection. High-temperature lamination is a process that fuses a composite material with stainless steel through high-temperature baking. Among these three processes, vacuum electroplating offers the most stable color retention, resisting fading or discoloration.

Furthermore, the application of new technologies such as environmentally friendly automotive-grade paint and nano-anti-fingerprint coatings has enriched the color choices for stainless steel bathroom cabinets, optimizing surface texture and effectively solving problems such as limited color options and susceptibility to fingerprints.
